Abstract

In this new work, the parameters of the microstrip antenna, especially when they are on EBG (electromagnetic band gap) and PBG (Photonic band gap) substrates, the quality factor and the irradiation diagram for the E-Plane, are analyzed. New numerical computational results are shown, and comparisons are made with the specialized literature.
